Operations
AUSTRALIA
Harlequin has a Memorandum of Understanding with Georgina Energy PLC for the exclusive option for the off-take for all of the Helium, Hydrogen and Natural Gas produced from their two assets, based in Australia.
Hussar
The Hussar prospect lies in the Officer Basin, Western Australia in exploration permit EP513.
It lies near to the Gunbarrel Highway which is approximately 1,600 km from Port Hedland in WA and a similar distance from Darwin. The intention is to re-enter and deepen the EP513 Hussar well to a depth of 3,200m for helium, hydrogen and natural gas.
Mt Winter
Located in the Northern Amadeus Basin between the Surprise Oil Field and Mereenie Oil and Gas Field has significant prospectivity for helium, natural hydrogen and hydrocarbons.
EPA155 lies within the highly prospective Horn Valley Siltstone fairway with proven hydrocarbon potential as demonstrated by historical wells, Mt Winter-1 & 1A. Exploration data comprises a 2D seismic grid and 2 wells. A CPR assessed P50/2U Prospective (recoverable) Resources of 148 BCF helium, 135 BCF hydrogen and 1.2 TCF of natural gas.
As the projects are developed, Harlequin will be responsible for the delivery of processing facilities, including separation units for helium and hydrogen. Once operational, Harlequin will be solely responsible for the transport, and export of the produced gases.
